The Osculati 31.601.00 Max Marine 10 Aerosol Fire Suppression System is a state-of-the-art solution designed to effectively combat marine fires. This RINA type-tested system comprises a generator module filled with solid extinguishing agent, which, upon activation, transforms into aerosol with micron particles dispersing like gas into the environment.
The aerosol generated by this system extinguishes fires by inhibiting the combustion chemical reaction without reducing the oxygen content, generating toxic or corrosive substances, or depleting ozone. It's an eco-friendly fire suppression solution.
This system offers versatile activation options, including pull activation or remote-controlled electrical activation, along with an automatic intervention device (thermal wire) for added safety.
With several advantages including small size, low weight, and easy installation—thanks to the absence of piping, delivery nozzles, and under-pressure containers—the Max Marine 10 system ensures efficient and hassle-free fire protection.
The system's activation and intervention logics are supervised by a control panel with free contacts to stop utilities, ensuring reliable operation. The central unit operates at 24V power.
Components of the system include 1 generator module with fastening brackets and thermal wire (H), designed specifically for the Max Marine 10 model. It can protect a maximum gross volume of 13 m3 and a maximum net volume of 10 m3. Each generator unit has dimensions of Ø86x140.
