The Osculati 50.243.08 MASE Generator VS 8.5 Line represents the latest generation of variable-speed generators. These units offer significant advantages for shipbuilders and boat owners, thanks to their compact size and adjustable power output.

The engine speed control system allows for the generation of only the required amount of energy, reducing harmful emissions and noise levels. The water/air intercooler cooling system completely eliminates the environmental impact on the generator unit, allowing both the generator and the engine to operate at optimal temperatures, thereby increasing efficiency and reliability.

The engine features convenient access for technical maintenance of the fuel and lubrication systems, bilge water pump, and air filter. It incorporates protective shutdown mechanisms for low oil pressure and high engine or exhaust gas temperatures. Additionally, there is easy access to the oil and fuel filters, as well as quick access to the bilge water pump.

The generator operates on permanent magnets and is enclosed in a noise-insulating cover made of marine-grade painted aluminum panels, combining modern design with increased resistance to environmental conditions. The unique design of the cover reduces weight and provides convenient access to the internal space, simplifying maintenance procedures, including installation in confined spaces.

The cooling system utilizes a closed-loop liquid coolant circuit. It consists of a water-to-water heat exchanger for transferring heat from the coolant to the bilge water. An air-to-water heat exchanger is responsible for cooling the internal air. The generated flows ensure efficient cooling of the generator and optimal operating temperatures, ensuring high efficiency and reliability of the unit. The system ensures optimal operating conditions regardless of the ambient temperature at the installation location.

The control module, InteliNanoNT MRS 3 (118x118mm), is IP65-rated for protection against dust and water ingress.
