Unlike diode-based combiners, Argofet units introduce virtually no voltage loss — just 0.02 V at low current and around 0.1 V under full load. The Osculati 14.922.30 Victron Argofet Battery Combiner uses advanced FET (Field Effect Transistor) technology to allow two independent battery banks to be charged from a single alternator or battery charger, without creating a direct electrical connection between the banks.
