The Victron Multiplus 24/5000/120-100 is a powerful and fully-integrated inverter/charger designed for high-demand 24V energy systems. It combines a 5000W pure sine wave inverter with a 120A battery charger and a secondary 4A output for auxiliary batteries. Engineered for continuous power delivery and safe battery charging, this system is ideal for demanding marine, industrial, and off-grid installations.
Operating within a wide DC input range (19–33V), it supports both lithium and lead-acid battery chemistries. The 4-stage charging algorithm (Bulk, Absorption, Float, Storage) ensures optimal battery maintenance and performance. Dual AC outputs allow for priority load management: the main output provides uninterrupted AC power, while the second output is active only when an AC input source (generator or shore power) is available — suitable for non-critical, high-draw devices.
Scalable through parallel and three-phase connectivity, the Multiplus 24/5000/120-100 can support systems of up to 6 units in parallel or 6 groups of 3 in three-phase. Its PowerAssist feature temporarily boosts AC output during high demand by drawing on battery reserves, and PowerControl regulates AC input usage to avoid overloading the source. Housed in a rugged aluminum case, it includes multiple protection features to ensure long-term safety and reliability.
