The Victron Quattro 24/5000/120 is a robust and intelligent power solution engineered for high-demand 24V installations. It features a 5000 VA pure sine wave inverter paired with a high-capacity 120 A smart battery charger. With two independent AC inputs, the Quattro seamlessly switches between power sources (e.g. dock and generator), ensuring uninterrupted operation of connected systems.
This inverter/charger supports a wide DC input range (19–33V), making it suitable for lithium and lead-acid batteries. The charger operates with a 4-stage charging algorithm — Bulk, Absorption, Float, and Storage — at 28.8 V, ensuring maximum performance and battery longevity. The system also includes a 4 A auxiliary output for maintaining a second battery bank.
Advanced features include PowerAssist, which uses battery reserves to supplement AC input during peak demand, and PowerControl, which limits input current to prevent overloading the shore or generator supply. Expandable in parallel (up to 6 units) and three-phase configurations (3 identical units per phase), the Quattro is ideal for scalable marine or off-grid systems.
