The Victron Quattro 24/3000/70 is a robust and intelligent inverter/charger that combines a 3000 VA pure sine wave inverter and a 70 A multi-stage battery charger with support for two independent AC inputs. This feature allows the unit to automatically switch between shore power and a generator, or between two generators, ensuring an uninterrupted power supply in demanding marine, off-grid, and industrial systems.

Operating on a 24V DC input (range: 19–33V), the integrated battery charger uses a 4-stage algorithm (Bulk, Absorption, Float, Storage) with a charging voltage of 28.8 V, suitable for both lithium and lead-acid batteries. The auxiliary 4 A output can support a secondary battery bank (e.g., starter batteries).

Equipped with Victron’s advanced PowerAssist and PowerControl technologies, the Quattro boosts AC output from battery reserves during peak demand and limits AC input current to avoid overloading shore or generator power. It also supports parallel operation (up to 6 units) and three-phase configuration for large system designs.
